These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and 786adc ("786adc", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website available at https://786adc.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By accessing the 786adc platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and close your account if one exists.

These Terms apply to all users of the 786adc platform operating from Bangladesh or accessing the platform from within Bangladeshi territory. The platform is operated for the purpose of online casino gaming and sports betting and is intended exclusively for recreational entertainment purposes by eligible adult players.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 786adc Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other platform document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

786adc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service on the platform at any time and without prior notice, except where advance notice is legally required. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Use of the 786adc platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 786adc enforces a strict 18+ age requirement on all accounts without exception. Registering on behalf of a minor, or permitting a minor to use your account, is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• Your use of the platform must not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 786adc or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be subject to any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion agreement that would restrict your participation in online gambling activities.

786adc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and may lead to account closure.

Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any balance held in such an account will be retained until the account holder reaches the legal age of 18 and provides verified identification, at which point a refund of deposited funds (less any winnings derived from play) may be considered at 786adc's sole discretion.

To access the full range of services available on the 786adc platform, you must register for a member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.

One Account Per Person

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 786adc. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alternate accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where 786adc identifies that a single individual holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended pending investigation. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts may be voided, and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 786adc strongly recommends that all members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available at no charge from within the account security settings. Any activity carried out using your login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified 786adc of a compromise or suspected compromise of your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 786adc immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. 786adc will investigate the matter promptly and take reasonable steps to protect your account pending the outcome of the investigation.

KYC Verification

786adc operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time that 786adc's compliance team deems appropriate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure with potential forfeiture of balance.

786adc supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the following verified payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no stated maximum single deposit, though transaction limits imposed by your payment provider may apply.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of withdrawal rights pending investigation.
• Deposits are credited to your 786adc wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 786adc is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.
• If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes of a successful payment confirmation on your device, you should contact 786adc support immediately with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 BST (UTC+6) on any calendar day are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted after 22:00 BST will be processed on the following morning.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal amounts below this threshold will not be processed until the cumulative withdrawal balance reaches the minimum.
• 786adc does not charge members a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 786adc's control.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where KYC verification is incomplete, where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or where the compliance team has placed a review hold on the account.

All betting and gaming activity on the 786adc platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the relevant product area of the platform.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 786adc. A bet is not confirmed until the platform has issued a unique bet reference number and the amount has been deducted from your account wallet. In the event of a technical fault that prevents confirmation, the bet will be treated as void and any deducted amount will be returned to your wallet. Screenshots or incomplete transaction records are not accepted as evidence of bet placement.

Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on 786adc cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test series, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Live in-play markets are available for selected matches. Odds are updated in real time during live play. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent), bets on affected markets will be settled as void and stakes returned. 786adc's cricket trading team has final discretion over market settlement in ambiguous circumstances, and that discretion will be exercised fairly and consistently.

Casino & Slot Games

Casino games, including live dealer titles from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and slot titles from NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers, are governed by the individual rules of each game as published by the respective provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed on-screen and the rules stated in these Terms, the game rules displayed on-screen at the time of play shall prevail.

Mines Gold

Mines Gold is a crash-style grid game available exclusively on 786adc. The game operates using a certified random seed generator. Results are provably fair and independently auditable. Players may cash out at any point before hitting a mine. Once a mine is hit, the round ends and the wagered stake for that round is forfeited. Mines Gold minimum stake and maximum cashout limits are displayed within the game interface and may be amended by 786adc from time to time.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game play, bet settlement, or odds display, 786adc reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to members' wallets. Winnings generated as a direct result of a platform error or technical malfunction are not payable and will be reversed. 786adc will communicate clearly with affected members in such circumstances and will process stake refunds promptly.

786adc offers promotional bonuses to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which take precedence over this general section in the event of a conflict. The following general principles apply to all bonuses offered on the platform:

• Bonuses are awarded to a member's bonus wallet, separate from the real-money wallet, and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for any bonus credited to a 786adc account is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash outside the wagering process.
• 786adc reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any other behaviour that exploits the promotion contrary to its intended spirit.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members making their first qualifying deposit only. Members who create multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once will have all bonus funds forfeited and may have their accounts permanently closed.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Any unmet wagering requirement at the time of expiry will result in the forfeit of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from it.

786adc makes no guarantee of the availability, value, or continuation of any specific bonus or promotion. Promotional offers are made at the sole discretion of 786adc's marketing team and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

As a member of 786adc, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and the reasonable expectations of a legitimate recreational gambling platform. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with the platform.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or any software tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a way not available to manual users.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or undocumented platform behaviours to generate winnings that would not be achievable through normal play.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption of the sporting or gaming events on which bets are placed.
• Using the 786adc platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling entertainment, including any commercial or business purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract data from the 786adc platform by any automated or manual means.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing abusive, threatening, defamatory, or offensive communications through any support or chat channel associated with the platform.

786adc reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these obligations using any information available, including transaction records, device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and betting pattern analysis. Members found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their accounts suspended, their balances held pending investigation, and any bonus funds or winnings generated through prohibited conduct forfeited in full.

786adc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose;
• The member is under 18 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other members;
• Required by law, regulatory guidance, or court order.

Voluntary Closure

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 786adc support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome and any pending withdrawals will be processed. A net positive real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to permanent exclusion) via the account settings panel or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, login is disabled, promotional communications are suspended, and no new account registrations using the same identifying details will be accepted. Consequences of Closure for Cause

Where an account is closed by 786adc for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct), 786adc reserves the right to void pending bets, forfeit bonus balances, and withhold real-money balances pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceeding. 786adc will not be liable for any losses incurred by a member as a result of account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.
